For all our new visitors, we require a trial visit to get to know the dogs and how they do in the type of group play setting we provide.
This trial day is completely complementary and is our way of ensuring that your pups have a safe and fun time at Chasing Tails!
You'll need to bring your pup out to Chasing Tails for your scheduled Morning time slot.
We'll have a quick meet-and-greet in the office where we can answer any questions you may have and discuss future visits!
Once ready, we will take your pup(s) into the facility to meet some of our Staff's personal dogs.
If they're doing good, we will slowly introduce more dogs into the group, eventually releasing them out to one of yards to join the main pack!
As they play and mingle we keep a careful eye on their body language and behavior to ensure they're not overwhelmed or reacting negatively to the other dogs around them.
Most of the dogs we see do absolutely great in our group play environment.
However, we will exclude those that show signs of aggressive, possessive, or defensive behavior.
Some cases may require that you come for a 2nd trial visit.
You can return to pick them up between 3pm - 5pm or if you are in range of our transportation service, we can bring them home to you!
